About Us
Ningbo Zhongan Forging Co.,Ltd is an enterprise specialized in forging parts. It locates in Ningbo electromechanical industrial park, about 10 kilometers away from the three river joint and municipal administration center, endowing it with a ascendant location, advantaged investment environment and convenient transportation conditions.
Zhongan was founded in 1998, with a floor area of 20,000 square meters including 12,000 square meters of working area. We have established quality assurance system conforming to ISO9001：2000 standard. At present, it has over 200 employees, nearly 10 of them are technicians including 5 senior engineers and 7 engineers , which enables us to produce good-quality parts according to drawings and samples from customers . Zhongan consists of R&D center, mould processing center, product detecting center, modern large forging workshop : 160,300, 400 , 630 and 1000 tons double disk friction press; 400 tons and 630 tons MP hot mould forging machines. Besides all of this, there are over 20 large processing machines purchased from home and abroad.
The products of our company are automobile accessories, motorbike accessories, mining equipment fittings, sound box forging parts, pipe fitting, precision maching parts and stamping parts. Our products are sold in every parts of China and 20%-30% products are exported to European, American countries and Southeast Asia.
